I’m Audrey Le Goff, a French born-and-bred culinary writer, recipe developer and cookbook author. I live in Brittany, France’s northwestern most region.

Since 2017, I have been sharing my recipes on my blog and published my first cookbook, “Rustic French Cooking Made Easy,” in 2019.

My passion is to share seasonal and uncomplicated recipes, mostly comforting, made for the curious home cook - and that go beyond Paris and the fussy clichés.

And this is “A Table in France”: your guide for creating everyday French recipes for weeknight dinners, as well as festive meals for gatherings with friends and family.

With classic, regional and modern recipes, explore with me both the fantasy and reality of French dining. This newsletter combines recipes, menu ideas and insights into French food traditions and culture, while providing step-by-step guidance to help you recreate these wonderful meals at your own table.

Plus, you can join me and fellow readers in sharing your cooking stories, photos, and tips. Let's chat and enjoy the journey of bringing a taste of France to our tables!

So how does it work?

There are two types of subscriptions to this newsletter. One is free and one is paid.

For free subscribers

  • The free newsletter comes out on the first of the month. This is where I share glimpses of my daily life in Brittany, thoughts on French culture and recipe inspiration for the month.

  • Throughout the month, free subscribers get additional emails to let them know when a new recipe is posted on the blog.
