A Tarte Tatin is my absolute favourite! Sadly my fool proof frying pan is too large to fit into our oven since we moved. I may have to cave and purchase a new one…or maybe a new oven 😂
We shipped some pots and pans from Canada to France with us and same problem… A few of them don’t fit in our French oven! Broke Marc’s heart, but it’s one of the big (or smaller) differences between countries - our ovens are typically much smaller.
I’m confident it will work zonderfully, Sally. Baking is a tricky art, but I try to make it as easy and strqightforward as possible, with photos to help guide you. Sometimes the first try doesn’t always go perfectly, trust me, I know that all too well :)

It is such a shame isn’t it, especially when it is a pan you love. Good to know I am not the only one making these kinds of mistakes!
The kitchen can be a magical place, full of successes… and then sometimes full of mistakes/mishaps :) It’s all part of the journey.
