A French plum tart, also known as “Tarte aux Prunes,” is a classic French dessert that highlights the natural sweetness and juiciness of plums. Enjoy it on its own, or with a dollop of crème fraiche on top – heavenly!
Maybe a tart pan is pan is my next culinary purchase, but this looks great, so I decided to go galette just to try my hand at it with what plums were available. Black plums offered a very nice tart/sweet balance that everyone has enjoyed!
