Marc and I just got back from a sun-soaked escape to Lisbon, Portugal, where we did what any self-respecting visitor must: eat our body weight in bacalhau (salted cod). The craving didn’t stop when we got home, so I’m very excited to share with you today this favorite recipe of mine : French Antillean Cod fritters, also known in French as Accras de Morue.
They’re made from delicious salted cod and packed with fresh herbs and spices. They’re crispy on the outside, tender and fluffy on the inside… A perfectly addicting appetizer or snack.
